CatHouse really is the cat’s meow of Vegas. CatHouse combines world class dining with a seductive nightlife venue. Lingerie clad beauties will perform nightly and interact with diners at this Luxor Restaurant. European, Asian, American…we’re talking about the food, of course. Chef Kerry Simon creates delicious dishes, but the food isn’t the only thing that will have customers drooling.
Modeled after a 19th century bordello, without the nudity; CatHouse provides provocative dining as girls perform tasteful dance shows. Diners can feast on mouth-watering Maine Lobster Tail, Prime Rib, oysters on a half shell, and more on CatHouse’s world-class dining menu. Waitresses will guide you in the right direction as to what beverage to pair with your entree, to get the most satisfaction out of your meal.
Keep your drink in hand, as CatHouse turns into a lavish and swanky ultra-lounge at night. Modeled after the hot spots of sophisticated European royalty, CatHouse will make you feel like you belong as a member in the historic European bureaucracy. Dark colors and dramatic drapes adorn the entire interior. The outside of the club is dark and hidden from the casino, giving it some “hmm, what’s in there”- appeal as customers can look through tiny peepholes and see old movies inside. Two DJs spin nightly in different rooms of the lounge. One area includes European house and another provides more typical Las Vegas dance music. Either way, there’s plenty of fun to be had.
CatHouse opened in December 2007, but the interior really looks like something out of an old movie. Tiny antique hand mirrors and old portraits decorate the walls. There are even tiny vanity stations set up as teasers where a kitten or two might sit to get ready for her performance, giving you the impression as if she thought no one was even watching. Crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling and cozy booths are set up to ensure comfort and privacy while enjoying a drink or two. With a “not-too-much” and “not-too-little” approach to dining and to nightlife, the CatHouse is already making customers purr.
With luxe design inspired by the look and feel of a 19th century European bordello, CatHouse is a glamorous dining and nightlife destination made up of two adjoining rooms - a restaurant by celebrity chef Kerry Simon, and an intimate ultra-lounge. CatHouse offers the Las Vegas nightscape a discrete playpen for spontaneous, provocative and sophisticated dining and nightlife.
“Arguably the best” new nightclub or ultra lounge according to KTLA in Los Angeles, and named “an A-list oasis” by on-line media, CatHouse has quickly become the most exclusive celebrity hot spot in Las Vegas. Celebrity guests such as Usher, Jermaine Dupri, Adrien Brody, Rosario Dawson, Joe Pesci, Dita Von Teese, Holly Madison, Taye Diggs, Rose McGowan, Michelle Rodriguez, Gerard Butler, Jack and Kelly Osbourne, Jaime King, Akon and Tommy Lee have been recently spotted at CatHouse.
With its large platforms for dancing, intimate décor and DJs playing mixes ladies love to dance to, CatHouse has the elusive formula sought by clubs the world over as the place “where the girls are.” Venture into the ultra lounge any Friday, Saturday or Monday night, and the ratio is certain to be in favor of the fairer sex.
Down to the smallest décor design element, a sense of experimentation and discovery is evident within every layer of CatHouse. The entrance mimics an old bordello hallway, with faux doors lining the walls. A decorative mirror, located in the dining room, comes to life throughout each night, exposing a CatHouse 'kitten' seated in front of a vanity table, in the delicate process of trying on lingerie and preparing for a night out.
